After a successful, varied and very rewarding career I have a wealth of experience and skills to share. I now have three distinct service areas; Marketing Specialist, Outsourcing Expert and Business Growth Mentor. See below for more information. I will be taking on new clients and projects in 2025.
Marketing Specialist
I am a chartered marketer with extensive brand management and communications experience. I specialise in creating strategies for businesses with soul – usually in the service sector, founder-led and trailblazing (or wanting to!).
I take time to get to know your overall business and personal goals, experience your service and understand your ethos. From that, I will help you build a marketing and communications strategy that talks directly to your target audience rather than simply ticks the boxes like your competitors.

Outsourcing Expert
Having spent 15 years working as a sought-after freelancer and building a franchise that helped ambitious leaders embrace the power of outsourcing through partnerships with their freelance PAs, outsourcing is in my blood.
I firmly believe every business can embrace outsourcing to create momentum and results but, I absolutely understand how hard it is to know where to start.
I offer one-off strategy sessions to help business leaders understand how outsourcing could boost their business. I help them explore what to delegate, who to and importantly, how to successfully manage those relationships. If you’re looking to outsource and want to do it right, let’s talk.
Business Growth Mentor

I also take on ‘Wild Card’ Projects… from managing retreats based on Brené Brown’s Courageous Leadership work, to creating personal brand strategies, to producing content for franchise operations manuals – and lots of things in between. My experience is vast and therefore so are the projects that I can roll up my sleeves and get stuck into!
