Wild Card Projects
With over 20 years of working alongside successful entrepreneurs, and 15 of those building and scaling my own business, to say my career has been colourful is an understatement! There are so many areas of business I love to roll up my sleeves and get stuck into - the main ones are leadership, strategy, marketing and communications, operations and results, and people... I LOVE to bring out the best in people.
So, as part of this new chapter for me, I take on ‘Wild Card Projects' - the types of work that does not fall under my three key services but still lights me up. In the recent past this has included everything from managing retreats based on Brené Brown’s Courageous Leadership work, to creating personal brand strategies, to producing content for franchise operations manuals – and lots of things in between.
The biggest value I bring to any Wild Card Project is my ability to see the bigger commercial picture, the momentum and speed at which I can 'create', and of course, my relentless optimism - because nothing is impossible when the right people are by your side.
